How many biofeedback sessions will I need?

Everybody is different. The number of sessions depends on many variables. However, if you come to weekly biofeedback appointments and practice regularly at home, you will experience lasting improvements in how your body manages and recovers from stress in approximately ten sessions.

How long will the effects of biofeedback training last?
